MLIS TO DEBUT WOMEN’S LEAGUE FOR THE 2024-25 SEASON

March 12, 2024 - Major League Indoor Soccer (MLIS) is thrilled to announce the launch of a professional indoor soccer league for women, set to debut in the 2024-25 season—and Chicago, Omaha and Colorado are the first three cities to commit to bringing on teams.

This initiative marks a significant milestone in the world of indoor soccer as it brings a long-overdue professional platform for women to showcase their talent, skills and passion for the sport.

The new women's league promises to deliver exciting action at a high skill level, providing fans with exciting matches and showcasing the incredible abilities of female athletes in the indoor soccer arena. With the growing popularity and success of women's soccer on the global stage, Major League Indoor Soccer is proud to contribute to the continued growth and development of the sport by establishing a dedicated professional league for women.
